Antonina Shevchenko is a Muay Thai Kickboxer began her career in fight sport at her first IFMA World Championship Tournament. Antonina continued to win and took home a silver medal in 2007, a bronze in 2008 and a gold award in 2011, and was the 2016 IFMA Amateur Muay Thailand World Champion. Antonia started her professional journey back in 2003. She went on to knock out Valerie Domergue during Phoenix FC 4. She left in 2018 the tournament and started competing in Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko wrestled Jaimelene Nievera as part of Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series. Antonina displayed her power of striking by tying Nievera with knees. After this win, Antonina received a UFC contract. Antonina Shychenko debuted for the UFC in the TUF Heavy Hitters finals, where she faced Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko was victorious with a unanimous decision. She was defeated in her subsequent fight with Roxanne Modafferi by split decision. Antonina was able to bounce back from the loss, and defeated Lucie Pudilova at UFC on ESPN Covington vs. Lawler via second-round rear-naked choke and won the fight of the night bonus for the bout. Shevchenko lost 1-2 during her subsequent three bouts she lost to Ariane Lipski and falling to Katlyn Chookagian as well as Andrea Lee. Antonina has been defeated recently by Casey O'Neill via TKO at UFC Fight Night Santos-Walker.
